This meditation shifts the focus of forgiveness outside of ourselves to the hurt we have experienced from others.

Forgiveness does not mean that we minimise or discount what is happened. Rather that we choose not to be limited by it any longer. It invokes healing into the original situation and the consequences stemming from it and allows us to be free.
