Guided Meditation: Forgiving Ourselves for Deliberate Wrongdoing


Learning to forgive ourselves and others is an essential skill for spiritual growth. When we let go of the past we are free to open up to our present and to live
more happily and productively NOW.


The third meditation in the Forgiveness series brings us to the hard place of acknowledging times in our lives when we have knowingly acted against our own best instincts. This produces a deep separation within us that needs to be faced with gentleness and honesty in order to move on.
